Bohol Island State University (BISU) is a public state university in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Established in 2009 through the merger of several Bohol state colleges, it is the only state university serving the island province of Bohol.
BISU has multiple campuses across Bohol, including Tagbilaran, Calape, Candijay, Clarin, and Bilar. This multi-campus structure ensures accessibility for students across the island.
